Bernie and I have had the opportunity to get to know Jeanette both by staying in her home, visiting over breakfast, and in Victoria - her second home. Jeanette was always delightful and charming. She was thoughtful and thought provoking - an engaging and animated friend. Our thoughts are with the larger VanHeyst family and, in particular, Ted, Wenonah, Jon, Daniel, Ellen and Matthew.
