RYAN NICHOLAS SHUMSKI
October 5, 1990 - March 20, 2022
It is with deep sadness we announce the unexpectant passing of Ryan Shumski at the age of 31 on March 20, 2022.
Ryan is survived by his only daughter Jocelyn (Melissa Kolesar); his sister Alyssa Beel (Kyle); nieces, Mila and Madi; his brother Curtis Shumski and his parents, Bruce and Debbie. He also leaves to mourn numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends who will miss him very much. We are shocked and heartbroken about his passing.
He had a very special bond with Jocelyn and she will miss him dearly. She always wanted to spend time with him, whether it be playing with her toys or going to the park.
To all his friends and to our extended family, we wish to thank you all for your kind words and support at this time. Ryan would want us to remember the good times we had with him, the family dinners and his one-of-a-kind laugh.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Sturgeon Heights Community Club, 210 Rita Street on April 27 at 2:00 p.m. An account has been set up for Jocelyn at the BMO Unicity Branch, 3647 Portage Avenue. Any donations will be accepted at the branch. Please reference Jocelyn Shumski Trust.

Our Deepest Sympathy to the entire Shumski family, especially Jocelyn. Ryan or as we knew him Shumski, was a close friend to our son Jordan. We had the pleasure of spending time with him at Jordan's annual pool parties and through electrical work he did for us. Ryan was so easy going, good natured and was always happy. His dear sweet daughter Jocelyn brought him so much joy in his life. He was so proud of her and was just beaming with love and adoration when he spoke about her. Shumski, you will be dearly missed. We will cherish your memory. - Posted by: Deborah and Bruce Cielen (Friend of our son) on: Apr 26, 2022
