ELIZABETH (BETTY) MCAULAY
September 26, 1935 - May 6, 2022
It is with sadness we announce the passing of Elizabeth (Betty) McAulay on May 6, 2022.
Betty will be greatly missed by her sister Kathleen; her five sons, Brian, Fraser, Stuart, Andrew and Alistair, along with their spouses and partners; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Betty Cummings was born in 1935 in Bridge of Weir, Scotland and was married to Duncan McAulay in 1955. They had their first son in Scotland and left for Canada in 1957. Over the years, the family grew with four more sons, marriages, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Betty and Duncan are together now and the many happy memories made over the years will always be in our hearts.
We would like to thank the health care workers at Health Sciences Centre, Grace Hospital and Tuxedo Villa for the tender care they have given Betty over the last few months.
In accordance with wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
