DARLENE ESTHER GIBSON
October 1, 1950 – May 24, 2022
We are saddened to announce the peaceful passing of Darlene Esther Gibson at the age of 71 years in Winnipeg.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Erin Golden; granddaughter Leia Reid; brother Gary Golden (Monica) and their family; as well as many other extended family members and friends.
Darlene was predeceased by her parents, Helen and Donald Golden; as well as her former spouse Donald Gibson.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
Family extends a heartfelt thank you to the Jewish Child and Family Services, especially Kimberly Thiessen and Traci Libitka of the WRHA and all of her home care workers.
Darlene was grateful for the support of her cousins in these later years of her life. Darlene's family thanks them for all the care and support they extended to her.
Darlene was an incredible mother who whole heartedly loved Erin and Leia. Both will miss her immensely.
