Condolences & Memories (9 entries)

  • Karen, Lea and I were friends in our early teens way back when. Karen was always the adventurous one leading the way. Many fond memories. Sincere condolences to her loving family. - Posted by: Maryann (Lowe) Storey (Neighbor from Ebby Ave) on: Jun 19, 2022

  • So sorry Susan and Colin that I missed your beautiful mom Karen's service. Karen was a fabulous woman, always strong and resilient! She was a fixture with my family members and it was always a pleasure to see her, always smiling and caring. She grew up across the street from our family on Ebby Ave. and she was very close to my sister Gayle..... hopefully they are together again ...possible enjoying life just as they did as teenagers! Hugs to the Blevins family... Love to all! - Posted by: Jamie (Hancharyk) Jonex (friend) on: Jun 18, 2022

  • Our deepest condolences to Karen's family. We knew and loved this amazing woman when she volunteered with Bridges for Peace in Israel and after we got back to Canada. She was full of compassion and kindness. To me and many others, she seemed 20 years younger than her actual age because she was so full of life. We shall deeply miss her beautiful smile, her encouraging words and, of course, her loyal friendship. She was one in a million, and her loss will be very hard to bear. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Kathy DeGagne and Patrice Nelson - Posted by: Kathy DeGagne (friend) on: Jun 14, 2022

  • Lise and I would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Karen's family. What a strong, positive and giving woman she was. A real pleasure to be around and so easy to talk with. The world has truly lost one of the good ones. - Posted by: Dan and Lise Balcaen (Friends) on: Jun 09, 2022

  • Please accept our deepest condolances to all of Karen's family and freinds on her passing. She was a kind caring person and also had a great sense of humor, she attended all the Einarsson's Golf Tourments and her and Uncle David were the golf cart good will embassadors.
