BRIAN LESLIE FRANCIS

Brian Francis passed away on July 15, 2022 at the age of 80.
He was predeceased by his parents, Lionel and Elsie, siblings, William and Marion. Brian will forever be remembered by his wife of 61 years, Donna and their sons, Kevin and Vaughan. Brian will also be missed by his brother Arnie (Pat), sister Kay (Grant), his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous relatives and dear friends.
Born and raised in Headingly, Manitoba, Brian was an avid golfer, curler and baseball player. But most importantly was known for creating lifelong friendships.
To honour Brian's wishes there will be no funeral service. The family will be having their own private gathering at a later time.

We all owed a lot to Brian. He provided many avenues for a bunch strangers to gather socially and develop Friendships. The Christmas Dinner began with Brian bringing to the Fox some cold cuts and a loaf rye bread to be shared. That was the beginning of 3 decades charity donations.
