I cannot believe I will no longer see Gil's smiling face sitting next to me at the casino. I will not hear any more stories about his grandchildren that he adored so dearly. My condolences to his family. - Posted by: Janis Pointon (Casino Pal) on: Jul 30, 2022

I met Gil many years ago at the Casino- a place he loved to spend his $5.00 for the day (lol), We sat next to each other countless times, where he shared his wonderful life stories about fishing, his cabin, his brother and his work repairing and installing overhead doors. We often ran into each other at Freshco, where he was "stocking up his freezer' again ! He sure loved a good sale. Gil was a gentle soul and kind man that I was glad to have the pleasure of meeting in my lifetime. There should be more people like him in this world. Sad to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family and friends - I will miss his company. Brenda P. Friend. - Posted by: Brenda (Casino Friend) on: Jul 30, 2022
