MARTHA BELCOURT
March 12, 1953 - July 16, 2022
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Martha Belcourt. Martha was a caring Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. She was born in Colony Menno in Paraguay and came to Canada in 1965. She met and married Richard Belcourt in 1971. Together they had three wonderful children; Chris (Kathi), Melanie (Shawn) and Warren.
Martha was an avid reader and a force to be reckoned with at scrabble and cribbage. You could find her every Saturday evening enjoying family and playing Kinsmen Jackpot Bingo. She found much joy with her grandsons Brenden and Kyle.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the Home Care Palliative Program and RiverView Palliative Care Unit.
Per her wishes, no service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice on her behalf.
Always missed, but never forgotten xo

CHRIS, MELODY & WARREN, my sincerest sympathy & condolences on your Mother's passing. She worked for me at ROBIN'S DONUTS @ Henderson & Martin and was an outstanding employee and member of our team. She was very well liked by her fellow workers and our many customers. Her work ethic constantly made me comment and think, how can I clone this invaluable worker. She never hesitated to perform any task required and occasionally readily travelled to one of my other locations to assist when needed. So sorry Chris, Melody and Warren to hear of your mom's passing. Hadn't kept in touch but still remember all the good times we had at Kelvin Community Club when you kids were growing up. May you cherish all the memories you have of mom and keep her close to your hearts! You now have another angel in heaven!
