Dear Uncle Mac, With great sorrow, we just heard of your passing. You and Aunty Fran were such a big part of our lives and gave us such great memories. Family dinners were always a treat, as kids, we knew your place was the last stop on Christmas eve and then dinner Christmas day together. We were always excited to see what your Christmas tree looked like each year. You helped me with science projects (always an A+) and taking us kids sailing during the summers was such a huge thrill. You would whistle a tune as we would scramble our way down the side of your cottage heading for the beach. We always knew you were keeping an eye on us and making sure we got back from our adventures safely. Thank you for being Uncle Mac, a huge part of our lives. My fondest memory of uncle Mac would be when I rode my bike from Grandpa Jack cabin with no brakes and ended up crashing into their cabin at Hillside. They all rushed out panicked on what the hell the noise was. Thomas Robinson - Posted by: Thomas Robinson (Great nephew) on: Sep 04, 2022

I remember Frank well. Great sense of humor. Many laughs in the office where we shared space in the drafting department. Many good times outside the office as well, bow hunting, parties at the Vasalund, sailing on the lake. Many parties together with Fran and Frank, the Crawleys, Bill and Betty and the Haymen's. RIP good buddy. - Posted by: Garth Palanuk (Colleague) on: Aug 13, 2022

My condolences to Frank’s family. So sorry to hear of his passing. I treasure the wood carving that I have, one of the first that Frank sold…we really had to twist his arm to buy it. Frank and Fran will now spend eternity together. May God be with you till we meet again. - Posted by: Louise Dahle (Family friend) on: Aug 13, 2022

Though we worked in different departments at Bristol, my frequent visits to where he worked allowed me to get to know Frank and his work, both corporate and artistic. I have a 'thing' for all things owl and was delighted when Frank sold me a beautiful carved wood owl on a brass background in a large wood frame. This beautiful piece of art has adorned the south wall of my living room for over 40 years. He was a gifted man and a beautiful human being. Condolences to his family on his passing. - Posted by: Gord Richardson (Friend and colleague from Bristol Aerospace) on: Aug 13, 2022
