I met Ken through the ham radio hobby. He spent the day at my house a few times for Winter Field Day and was always the first to show up and hung out all day long. I talked to Ken many times on the radio but in person only once at a field day. Very nice guy. We talked about who I knew at Hydro and who he knew from Winnipeg Fire.
