  • What a wonderful friend we had in Bruce. He taught us so much from curling to life lessons. His love for his family was boundless and was a hallmark of his life. As a dedicated husband we knew his strength in his union with Elaine. Bruce was very sports minded and loved competition, passing this on to his children. As a businessman Bruce was unique, hard working and career minded. Honour would define the complex inner workings of this wonderful man. Bruce and Elaine along with Darwin and Cindy will always be in our thoughts and prayers. The good Lord has found the new Director of Human Resources. What a guy, what a wife and what a family. • I'm saddened to hear of your dad's passing. He was indeed one of a kind. I first got to know him in the early 70's. I always liked his no nonsense approach to whatever the issues of the day were. You always knew where you stood with Bruce. If compliments were in order he was swift to give them. On the other hand if one needed a swift kick he was able to provide that too, but always in a respectful manner. May you find peace and comfort at this time.
