• Our sincere condolences to Gwen and Bruce and their families. Helen was always willing to help out in many areas of service. She and Victor started many programs to benefit the youth. One was in the Gilbert Park community where we were privileged to help. She was a mentor to us, and we were blessed by many Bible studies she headed up. • Helen was a very industrious homemaker. She was very kind and generous to all as it mattered not your walk in life to her. One person was as valuable as another. She cooked, baked, canned, was a gardener, sewed, crocheted, painted, quilted and taught children and adults and seniors alike at home, church, community centers and senior homes right up into her 70's and 80's, and if she could she would help anyone. She genuinely and fully served her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. She was a good friend to me too. I loved her dearly. • I have fond memories of your dear Mom, when we lived in Winnipeg. We shared a common faith and commitment to the service of the Lord, and many happy times. She will always be remembered as a dear friend. Our service in varied places brought about loss of contact, but we share a blessed hope of a brighter future! Our thoughts and prayers are with you. • My condolences to your families on the passing of you mother, grandmother sister & auntie. Helen has been my friend for over 37 years when we met at a TFC meeting. We also attended IPC for a number of years; got together for bus trips to Circle Square Ranch & a day trip to one of the colonies. In fact after she & Victor sold their home & moved to the apt. She gave up going to the colony for eggs & I took this over from her & I'm still doing this once a month. We would talk on the phone a couple of times a month to keep up on what each one of us had been up to. I will always remember the times we had together. May she rest in peace with her Savior.
