FRANCES HELEN SHASTKY
July 3, 1931 – September 26, 2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frances at 91 years of age. She died peacefully at Concordia Place.
She was predeceased by her parents, Nick and Anna Shastky, brother Alex (in infancy), and sisters, Grace Shastky and Leona Kozusko.
She is survived by her two nephews, Douglas (Deborah) and Norman (Corinne), grandnieces and nephews, Kristin (Kevin), Jarrett (Sarah), Ariane, and Christopher, and great-grandniece and nephews, Justin, Katie, Jack, Owen, and Mark.
Frances worked for many years with the Federal government and was an active member of Gordon-King Memorial Church. She enjoyed travel, music, reading, and volunteering.
As per Frances' wishes, cremation has taken place with a private family interment at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Concordia Place for the excellent and compassionate care they have given our Aunt over the past few years, especially those on the first-floor ward.
