LARS MUISE
Peacefully after a sudden brief illness, it is heartbreaking to announce the passing of Lars at the age of only 61 on September 24, 2022, at the Grace Hospital.
He did not want a funeral or lengthy formal obit. Lars loved his wife, Denise, of 27 years and she will love him forever. He loved his families: Wersh, Muise, Carriere and Chartrand.
He will be forever in our hearts.

It's very sad to read that Lars recently passed away at such a young age. We were childhood friends. For a few years we grew up together on Pulford Street in Fort Rouge. It was a great neighborhood to grow up in. We had many adventures playing, riding our bikes and swimming at Peanut Park. Perhaps I'm being nostalgic but in many ways it was a wonderful time to be a kid. Lars and his family were the first to move out of the neighbourhood and it wasn't long before we moved to another part of Winnipeg. Over the ensuing years we lost touch with one another but I always retained fond memories of sharing a friendship with him. He was a good person.
