BEATTIE: Marian Beattie passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2022 with family at her bedside. She was 74 years of age. Left to mourn are her husband, Lyle, daughters Colleen and Heather (Bob Kirk). A Funeral Service will be held at Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332 8th Street, Brandon, MB on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Karen Binding officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3E 0V9.

  • Lyle ad family ..A very nice service and tribute to Marian today. Fran Rachers. Comments told the Beattie characteristics by hitting the nail right on the head. You and Marian were quite a team at Souris Valley S.D. and respected by your peers. As part of the board of trustees I was not the only who was aware of your contributions in so many ways. As Marian would say.... we will get it done.
