• I have known Ian for approximately 12 years. I started off working in the same department and he became an instant friend. He was one of the reasons why I had such a hard time accepting a new position as I never wanted to lose touch. We would have coffee every morning and just laugh, he was an integral piece of the design team at work. I will miss his hugs and our chats. • I was very sad to hear of Ian's passing. I've known Ian since the day he started at Winnipeg Hydro in the early 90s. We became good friends. Ian was always a pleasant guy to work with. He made many friends along his long career path at Winnipeg Hydro/ Manitoba Hydro and earned great respect along the way. Gone far too soon. He is already missed.
