My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I was so shocked to hear of George's passing. I met George through my brother Chris who was a very close friend of Jiri! I have many fond memories of George at social gatherings years ago. He was the life of the party! We also had a tendency to run into each other at Family Foods! I am so sorry for your loss. He was a great person! - Posted by: Angela Mancini (friend) on: Jan 21, 2023

I worked with George many years at CP. One of the jobs we did was drive in a truck cleaning the property and cutting weeds, had many hours of conversation which I have fond memories of. Also worked in Powerhouse and Diesel shop together. Always a pleasure being around George, good times. - Posted by: John Rowson (Friend) on: Nov 28, 2022

Deepest Sympathy Lynda on the passing of Jiri. I was in shock when I read it in the paper. The few times I met him he was always such a nice person to talk to, so pleasant. Please take care of yourself and always remember, I am only a phone call away if you ever need to talk. John and Judy Smitiuch - Posted by: Judy Smitiuch (Friend) on: Nov 27, 2022
