  • I'm so sorry to hear of the passing Peter. I have fond memories of Peter and Grace from Armadale Hollows. You were a big part of Armadale, the staff loved you, and your kind and caring personality to look out for fellow residents will always be remembered. Condolences to the family. - Posted by: Mona (friend) on: Dec 29, 2022

  • My memories of Peter begin in the mid 1970’s when I started teaching at Elmwood High School. My interest in woodworking brought me close to Peter immediately. He was kind enough to give his time and expertise to open his wood shop on Wednesday evenings to several staff members, and he taught many of us how to use power tools safely and efficiently. Many of my furniture projects remain in my home to this day. Thank you Peter and God Bless. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends during this difficult time. - Posted by: Bill McBean (Colleague and friend) on: Dec 06, 2022

  • Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Peter. I am sorry that I will not be able to attend his service on Wednesday, but know that I will be holding you all in my thoughts and prayers. - Posted by: Linda Budreau (Family Friend) on: Dec 04, 2022

  • Peter and Grace are remembered with great affection by peer Armadale Armidillos. The Bodnaryks who were central to the success of our active senior social group. Ukrainian history, pride of family, current events, travel, trivia, were always fodder for interesting conversations. With love and loss we remember Peter and Grace. • In 1973, Elmwood was my first school and Peter was one of the 'old timers' who suffered those of us still 'wet behind the ears'. We amused him and his smile was part ridicule for our naive beliefs and part sympathy. I, along with other staff, attended his evening woodshops - I made a work bench (still in use) and a picnic table (long since gone). My sympathies to his entire family - I know how hard it is to lose one so important in the fabric of a family. Rod Brown - Posted by: Rod Brown (old friend) on: Dec 04, 2022

  • Mr B was an awesome teacher and a man of great wisdom. I am sorry for your loss. I wish there were more people out there like him in this world. God bless. - Posted by: Michael Sorokowski (Student Elmwood High) on: Dec 03, 2022
