CYNTHIA RUDDICK (MCKAY)

RUDDICK: It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cynthia Ruddick (nee McKay) of Rapid City, Manitoba. Cyndi passed peacefully on November 29, 2022 at Brandon Regional Health Centre at the age of 61 years. Born in Kimberley, B.C., Cyndi brought her free natured, loving spirit to Manitoba. There, she met Lawrence, whom she married in 2010. Over the years, Cyndi enjoyed music, horseback riding, rodeo, and supporting the Calgary Stampeders. She loved her daughters, being a nanny, and her four-legged companions. She was well known for her delicious cooking, baking, and opening her heart and home to many friends. She could always be counted on for a listening ear and a warm cup of tea. Cyndi was predeceased by her father Allen, and her beloved Piggy. Surviving her is her husband Lawrence, mother Bonnie, brothers Dave and Eric (Mary), daughters Sara, Angela, Jamie and Lindsay, grandchildren Rae-Lynn and Quentin, and her beloved Daisy. The funeral service was held on December 3rd at Rapid City Legion Hall with Dan Jardine officiating. A private interment was held at Cadurcis cemetery.
