With sadness, the family of Joyce Bell announce her passing on December 5, 2022.
She is predeceased by her husband Gordon and her son Richard.
As per her wishes, cremation has taken place and a service will be held at a later date.

Wow. I remember visiting a lot when I was younger. She really knew how to make me smile. From always having candy, to always playing children’s shows for me in the morning, my memories with her are vivid but strong. I wish we could have had more connection, but sometimes life is unfair.
