I am so sorry to hear of Paulette’s passing. Recently we met at a Youth/Elder conference. It was a joy to see her after decades. We played baseball in the same league, often on opposing teams. She was the most talented player — hard runner, heavy hitter, excellent arm — but her best feature was her gracious sportsmanship.
