• To Pernell family, so sorry to hear of your loss. Pernell was such a loving, caring person. He came and stayed with us when he was working in our area of Alberta and he lived in Winnipeg. It was so great having him. I remember he helped with the eulogy for our mother and then a few weeks later having to look after Marcel’s funeral. Then he was there was the loss of his sister Kim.
