DOROTHY MARIE ROBERTSON
(nee HALL)

With heavy hearts, the family shares the news of the passing of their Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, Dorothy Robertson, on December 30, 2022 at the age of 98 years.
Dorothy was predeceased by her loving husband William (Bill), and by their eldest daughter, Gail. She will be missed by daughters Joanne Spence and Barbara (Frank) Dolski, grand-children Kristen (Megan) Wegert, Ian (Sabrina) Wegert, and Jennifer (Jordan) Dunn, and great grand-children Felix, Erik, Ethan, Kalissa, Jackson and Olivia.
Dorothy was born in Welland, Ontario, but lived the past 75 years in Winnipeg, having made her life here with Bill. During this time, three daughters were born, raised, and educated. Every summer the family made new memories when they travelled to Welland to reconnect with Dorothy's extended family.
The family wishes to thank the River Ridge Retirement Residence and Home-Care workers who assisted her over the last few years and helped her to remain in her home longer. We would also like to thank the care teams at Seven Oaks Hospital and Tuxedo Villa for their compassionate care and kindness.
There is no funeral planned as per Dorothy's wishes. Interment of ashes will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in her memory to a favourite charity.
