KEVIN SEAN VINT
1965 - 2023

We are saddened by the sudden passing of Sean Vint. With his best friend and partner Jeri-Lynn at his side, he died on January 7, 2023, at St. Boniface Hospital.
Sean was born January 24, 1965 to parents, Tom and Linda Vint. Sean graduated from Minnedosa Collegiate in 1983. His path took him to Winnipeg where he started his 30 year career as a pipe-fitter. It was at his job at the University of Manitoba where he met Jeri-Lynn Pippus. Together they started their lives and gave birth to two sons, Tommy (2011) and Tristan (2013).
In 2016, Sean had a desire to return to his roots, and moved his family to Minnedosa and became the proud owners of an old character home which Sean took pride and pleasure in remodelling.
Sean took a position at the Rolling River School Division.
Everywhere Sean went he made many good friends. Family have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support.
Sean had many hobbies over the years - golfing, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, curling, tennis, and his love of riding his motorcycle.
Sean spent many years rebuilding the family Vint cabin at Sandy Lake, Manitoba. As family enjoy relaxing at the lake in coming years, they will remember Sean and his dedication and hard work.
Sean was predeceased by his son Tristan Micheal Vint, 2013, and loving father Thomas Glenn Vint 2020.
Grieving this loss with the huge gap it leaves in our lives are Jeri-Lynn Pippus and son Tommy Vint, Michelle Pippus and family, mother Linda Vint, sister Leah and brother-in-law Paul Harland and their family, as well as the many, many good friends he made along the way. You will never be forgotten and will live on in our memories and stories we share each time we think of you.
A happy hour in memory of Sean will take place on Friday, February 3, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at the Minnedosa Curling/Golf Club House, Minnedosa, MB.
