ALAN HENRY CLACKSON
Alan Clackson was a father, grandfather, and brother at the time of his unexpected and sudden passing on January 15, 2023 at the age of 88.
Dad would often be heard saying his goal is to live to 100 years old and playing lawn bowling. He also said that if he didn't make it to 100, he lived a full and good life with no regrets.
Dad had many accomplishments during his life which included being a devoted husband, the best father, a good provider, a darts champion, lawn bowling champion, serving in the English Army, well respected carpenter/cabinet maker to name a few.
After losing our mother in October 2021, life as he knew it changed after being together/married for 63 years.
Our Dad made changes in his life and continued his zest for life with the support of his family.
To mourn his passing are his daughter Lynette Carriere (Darryl, Ryan), son Stephen (Steve) Clackson, his sister Margaret Elt and extended family in England.
We take some comfort in knowing our Dad has been reunited with his love.
As per Dad's request, cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
You will forever be in our
hearts and never forgotten.
Rest in Peace Dad.
