Heather Lynne Paciocco (nee Conly), peacefully passed away, with her family by her side, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at age 56.
Heather, loving mother of Travis (Mailys), Dawson and Spencer. Dear sister of Eileen (Ron Chafee), Dawn Conly (Andrew Sevcik), Melanie Conly (Jason Fowler) and Sean Conly (Mary-Ann). Cherished aunt of Amanda, Alyssa, Mackenzie, Bryan, Brittany, Michaela and Douglas. Predeceased by her parents, Bryan and Marilyn Conly.
She was the most selfless mother in the world. She will be lovingly remembered by her extended family and friends.

A memorial dervice will be held on Friday, February 3, 2023 in Glebe Road United Church, 20 Glebe Road, Toronto at 2:00 p.m.
