Douglas Roy Robertson, age 82 years, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023 in Brandon.
Douglas will be lovingly remembered by his wife Wilma, son Darvin (Sabrina Munsaram), daughter Marilyn (Rick) Reimer, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son Vernon in 2019 and daughter Melissa in 2020.
Viewing will be held at Memories Chapel, 330 – 18th Street North, Brandon on Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Celebration of Douglas’s Life will take place at the Minto Hall, Minto, Manitoba on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Harvey Hurren and Marianne Olfrey, DLM officiating. A reception will follow. Interment will take place at a later date at Margaret Cemetery.
Donations in memory of Douglas may be made to the Western Manitoba Cancer Centre, Diabetes Canada, or Brandon Seniors for Seniors.
