Tante Heather really loved life and above all, oncle Gaston and her family meant the world to her. I remember well before her own children and while living in the town of Bruxelles, tante Heather kept me at age 5 when I had my tonsils removed. She made me feel extra special and spoiled me with ice cream and showered me with love. I will never forget how she made me feel. I know I am not alone and that she shared a special compassion for everyone. Tante Heather was very social and had a way of really listening and caring. She loved a good story and laughed full-heartedly out loud. I have many wonderful memories of Christmas dinners with our family at the farm. She will be dearly missed. Sincere sympathy to Oncle Gaston, Todd, Kim and children, and particularly to Kristina, whom she loved so dearly. - Posted by: Annette (niece) on: Feb 22, 2023
