SIDNEY G. SHEPS
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sidney Sheps on February 15, 2023 at the age of 84, in Indonesia where he had resided the past many years.
Sid was survived by his son Jeffrey (Tara), his grandsons, Samuel and Benjamin, his brother Philip (Heather); his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Joanne (Larry), Larry (Diane), Linda, David (Maurine), Leslie (Tom), Robert (Peggy), Brian (Laurie), and his cousins, nephews and nieces.
Sid was predeceased by his parents, Samuel and Frances, and his wife Patricia.
For many years, Sid was involved in the off-shore oil and gas business, resulting in the family residing in many parts of the world. For the last 20 years, Sid was employed in a senior management role at a power plant in Indonesia, and following retirement chose to remain there. The family is very appreciative of those in Indonesia, to whom Sid was very close, for their care and comfort to him during the past few months.
Sid was buried in Indonesia on February 15, 2023.
