Dear Georgia and family, My sincere condolences on your loss. I am so thankful Dan Klass was my undergraduate dean in medicine, allowing me travel part way through my medical education, changing my life path. He deeply cared about medical education and enriched the U of M medical school with the program named after his dad, the Alan Klass Health Equity Program. He was such a caring, intelligent, wise man with a twinkle in his eye. A mentor and inspiration to many, including myself. May he rest in peace. - Posted by: Anne Durcan (Student/Colleague) on: Mar 04, 2023

My condolences Georgia to you and your family on the passing of Danny. Although I have known Danny for 50 years it was during the 1985-1995 decade that I really learned to appreciate him. We, with different but overlapping portfolios, shared office space in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Manitoba. I appreciated his congenial manner, advice, common sense approach to problems and fair and ethical behavior. His sense of humor was a bonus! May you and your family experience God's Peace and Comfort at this time. Carol and Gerry Bristow - Posted by: Gerry Bristow (friend and colleague) on: Feb 21, 2023

Truely a good man. We were partnership cousins from the old Jacob Crowley Mfg firm. His mom and mine, were both Jacob Crowley daughters. I admired Danny greatly. We could talk about everything and anything and found a kindred spirit in each other. May his memory be a blessing. - Posted by: Brian Paterson (Family friend ) on: Feb 19, 2023
