  • Condolences to the family. Bernie was a conscientious and faithful worker in the School Library and Information Services program in Winnipeg School Division. It was through her that I got to know Larry and the family. What a lively and energetic crowd. Our warmest good wishes to you all as you remember the wonderful warm memories of both Bernie & Larry. • It is with heartbreak and sadness the family of Joseph Laurent Lagace announce his passing at Deer Lodge Centre at the age of 90. I met Larry when I went to work at CE on the South Side at Kapyong Barracks, in 1986. I was his CEP Tech, responsible for all Administrative duties related to running a CE Section. We used to go to CME Dinners at the Wing back in the Day. He was a member in good standing with the LGen R.R. Crabbe Chapter of the Canadian Association of Veteran United Nations Peacekeeping.
