JOHN ROBERT KING
In loving memory of a special husband, father, son, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend, coach, and community leader.
Already it's been a year,
but all of us still shed our tears.
Those we love don't go away
they walk beside us every day.
Unseen, unheard, but always near
So loved, so missed, and held so dear.
We feel you walking with us every single day, and know you're watching over
us at home, at work, at play.
Your presence is felt at every activity, hockey and soccer game, the kids still
hear Grandpa cheering their name.
There needs to be no special day
to bring you to our mind,
For days without a thought of you
are very hard to find.
For the days that you made brighter
with the sunshine of your smile,
The words of warm encouragement that made each dream worthwhile.
We miss your signature moustache, messages, and your caring phone calls
But being around you is missed above all.
And while we've left out many things
for which our thanks are due,
These things are always in our hearts,
next to our love for you.
We hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain, to walk and guide us through our lives until we meet again.
Love, your family who misses you dearly
"How lucky I am to have something
that makes saying goodbye so hard"

We both miss you very much. Somethings in life just don’t seem fair. Hoping you and Uncle Johnny are cheering on the Red Sox together. Love you both forever. - Posted by: Arlene Solvason and Brenda Grey (Cousins) on: Mar 20, 2023
