My favourite memory of Mr. Gillespie was when I was a just a kid and he tricked me into having some “whisker pie” (rubbing his stubble on my baby face). It still makes me chuckle to think about it and I use the trick myself sometimes. - Posted by: Jeff Trapp (Neighbour ) on: Mar 12, 2023

Crossed paths in working years, always pleasant and willing to help. Working out of River East resulted in numerous occasions to team up for harmonious results. Good Lord, be merciful with Kirk and give him eternal care and happiness. Cam N. - Posted by: Cam Neirinck (Work assocate) on: Mar 11, 2023

I remember Kirk's great smile - he was always willing to lend a hand. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and most of all, he was a gentleman. He assisted me with a few of my wood working projects when I ran into difficulty. My condolences to Fay and the rest of their family. Rest in peace Kirk. - Posted by: Robert Crawley (Acquaintance) on: Mar 11, 2023
