Lloyd worked with my dad for years then with myself as well. He would love to think up drills like tying knots in the dark furnace room with mitts on. He developed the 'stanky rope roller' which was a staple in every fire station. I loved to see his ice sculptors as a young boy in his yard. He was a true gentleman. RIP. - Posted by: chris payne (co worker) on: Apr 18, 2023

So sad to hear this. He was one of those “good guys” that you couldn’t help but love. Lloyd (and Barb) were stalwarts of the volunteer program at Fort Whyte Alive for many many years. I enjoyed a couple decades of our annual Volunteer Xmas appreciation dinner at his table, I can still picture the red lights flashing on his Xmas Special holly bow tie! Lol RIP Lloyd - Posted by: Ken Cudmore (Friend) on: Apr 12, 2023
