I have some fond memories of Aunt Lilliane and uncle Isidore. This goes back many years ago. The fact that I remember some 70 years ago, climbing on the roof with Uncle to install roof shingles meant a lot to me. Good memories remain in your heart forever. RIP ma tante- love you - Posted by: Albert J Trudeau (nephew) on: May 10, 2023

Our deepest condolences to your family on behalf of all the Desautels family. Liliane and our father, Ephrem, lived across from each other at the hotels in La Villa Youville. I always looked forward to visiting with her while I was there visiting my parents, and eventually my dad, from BC. Your mom / mémère, was such a Godsend from the day I moved our dad into the hotels after our moms passing. Lilliane was an absolute angel…so helpful, thoughtful and kind - a true testament to the strong faith she held. Her open door and cheery disposition was a beautiful breath of fresh air. Our entire family could not help but smile and feel warm fuzzies every time we’d walk past her suite or chat with her. She was a little ray of sunshine. I loved seeing her puzzles laid out on her kitchen table in winter, going to Bingo together, and hearing her pray over the loud speaker first thing in the morning. We will so miss her but we know that we’ll be reunited again one day. May our Lord Jesus Christ give you peace during this heart wrenching time and may the countless memories you share bring you comfort. Joanne Simair and all of Ephrem Desautels family. - Posted by: Joanne Simair (daughter of Ephrem Desautels) (Friend) on: May 02, 2023

I spent a lot of time hanging out with Patsy and the entire family always treated me like a member of the family. I sure have many beautiful memories of those days. Enjoyed playing with the piglets on the family farm. She had the most wonderful laugh and loved to tease. Think of you often Patsy.
