It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother.

Mom was born on February 13, 1930 in Stuartburn, Manitoba and was raised on the farm in the Trentham area.

She started in January of 1972 and was a member of the Prestigious Presidents Club for 51 years. She celebrated her 50th year by receiving her 50 year pin which she was very proud to receive.

Myrtle was predeceased by her husband Nick, parents, Anna and Phillip, siblings, Mary, Stan, Borys, Mike, Jack, William, Walter and Helen.

Myrtle is survived by her brother Victor, children, Gordon, Florence, Eugene, Ted and Ken, seven grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and by her dear friend Carol Chmil.

Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • Our deepest sympathy on the passing of your kind and thoughtful Mother, Grandmother and Sister. Frank visited her last month and she was still that amazing sharp minded Myrtle, who quickly asked about our family and they discussed the "olden" days. Regretfully we are away and unable to be with you as you celebrate her wonderful life and lay her to rest. • To the family. My mom and Aunty Myrtle worked together in housekeeping at. HSC for and both were Avon ladies. It was always great to visit Aunty and Baba Terlinski. Once my mom passed away, Aunty lost Baba, she moved and we lost knowledge of how she was doing???? May she Rest In Peace. She was a very hard worker and a happy lady From the Nadeau family - Posted by: Ruth Millan (Family friend ) on: May 07, 2023

  • I delivered Meals on Wheels twice a week to Myrtle, I really miss our conversations. Quite often I would find her in the lobby waiting for the post office to deliver her latest Avon order, she was so proud of her 50+ years with them. My condolences to the family. - Posted by: Phil buckingham (Acquaintance) on: May 06, 2023

  • Such an important stage of life to lose a parent. Gut-wrenchingly sad but a rite of passage and all part of getting older. Your Mom had her time and now it's yours, free of your daughterly duties with some focus for yourself. She will remain with you always. Been there - am still there. You were certainly there for her like no other and that would have kept her heart glowing with pride. You did good, Flo! - Posted by: eric g. thom (Friend) on: May 06, 2023
