GLORIA TRITHART
Following a battle with cancer, Gloria Ruth Clark Trithart, left us on May 7, at the age of 65 years. It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn her passing.
She will be fondly remembered by her children, Ryan (Alissa), and Dylan (Nikki), grandchildren Atleigh, Ryker, Harlen, and Keltyn, brother Robert (Wendy) Clark, nephew Colton (Melissa), and niece Sydney, great-nephew Walker, as well as numerous relatives and dear friends.
Gloria was predeceased by her parents, Robert (Bob) and Shirley Clark, and two grandsons, Broden and Karsen Trithart.
Gloria was born on August 3, 1957, in Brandon, Manitoba. She immediately brought happiness and laughter to all those around her. Gloria went on to graduate from Winnipeg’s Tech Voc High School in 1974, and later attended Red River College Polytechnic. Gloria and Doug were married from 1980-2004 and had many adventures as a family with their two boys.
Gloria began working for Manitoba E-Health in 1989. This in turn kicked off a 33-year stint in the field. Gloria was very devoted to her job, doing it with tenacity and diligence daily. After a long and successful career, Gloria retired in 2022.
Gloria had many loves, but family, and friends considered as family, always came first. Gloria travelled to many different places in her life, from Europe, to Mexico, cruises, and numerous locations and adventures in the United States. She was passionate about shopping and loved to spoil those around her any chance she got. Gloria enjoyed Bingo with friends, having her nails done, collecting figurines, baking at Christmas, high-heeled shoes, purses, and nice things. Gloria took great pleasure in watching her grandchildren grow up and joyfully interacting with them; they were her world. They brought a smile to her face like no other.
Gloria will forever be remembered for her love, care, kindness, and generosity consistently given to those around her. The hole left by her absence is impossible to fill. We love you to the moon and back.
The family wishes to thank all the numerous friends who have supported and cared for Gloria throughout her journey, as well as all the staff at Cancer Care and Selkirk Hospital.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Gloria's name to CancerCare Manitoba.

On my first day at health in 1996 I responded to one of Gloria's orientation questions with a smart reply. We clicked and were friends ever since. She helped me thru some tough times with her kindness and moral support. I am where I am today in part because of her. I will miss her deeply. - Posted by: Bruce Kisell (Ex-coworker and Friend) on: May 15, 2023
