The picture of Elaine is exactly as I always found her, laughing and looking at the bright side of life even when her health was not perfect. Elaine helped for years with the Seniors Vision Impaired Group in Transcona. I appreciate Elaine’s willingness to help others and her great kindness. Condolences to Robert and Cathy and family. - Posted by: Colleen Tackaberry (Friend ) on: May 24, 2023

Myself and my family are so saddened to hear of the passing of such a wonderful woman. Nana looked after my brother and I for many years. She and her family were always so kind and welcomed us all with open arms. I grew up with nana and she will be with us always. My heart goes out to her family during this difficult time. I hope it brings you comfort to know she has touched the lives of so many. Condolences from the Gustafson’s. - Posted by: Jennifer (Family friend) on: May 18, 2023

This news hits me to my core. The instant flood of childhood memories brings me back to a second home, a safe place, lots of laughter, and the only person my mom ever trusted to hold on to our extra house key (for the many times I lost mine somewhere between Dzyndra and Bernie Wofe School lol). Mrs. J., I will truly miss you. You are one of the kindest people I've ever known. I am blessed to have known you. Heaven is blessed to have you. - Posted by: Abigail Nicholls (Family friend) on: May 16, 2023
