W.H Scotty Gillespie, age 94, died on May 13, 2023 at Boissevain Health Centre.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife Gladys, daughters Marsha and Teresa (Duncan), grandchildren Cori, Colin (Brandie), Ang (Craig) and A.J. (Kim), great-grandchildren Kiersten, Drayden, Lucas, Liam, Oaklen, Zayne, Gage, and Chase. Scotty was predeceased by his son-in-law Murray.
A public graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Boissevain Cemetery, Boissevain, Manitoba at 11:00 a.m. Those attending the service are welcome to bring their own lawn chair.
Donations in memory of Scotty may be made to Ducks Unlimited Canada PO Box 1160 Stonewall, Manitoba R0C 2Z0 or Senior Services of the Turtle Mountain Area Box 962 Boissevain, MB R0K 0E0

I will never forget all the years of field trialing with Peggy. You and dad training dogs together. Now Doug my brother has a girl Sasha winning trials in BC. I don't think I've seen as many labs as I did as a teenager and throwing birds or plugs and heh heh birdie. Thoughts and prayers to All the family. Lynda.
