AUDREY BEVERLEY CHABOT

On Friday, May 18, 2023, the world became a little more somber, a little less special of a place.

For 89 years, Audrey Beverley Chabot brightened our lives with her laughter and her love. A wife of 56 years to Raymond; a mother to sons, Brady (Linda), Cale (Patricia) and Trevor; grandmother to Steven and Katherine (Jerrod); a sister, an aunt and a friend to so many.

Many of you will remember her from the years she worked side by side with Raymond at Wesmac Inc., the family business. Ask her about her pets Vizsla, Vivo and you couldn't help but smile as she exuberantly recounted stories of the dogs she owned. Socializing with friends and family was her greatest joy, as she lived to have a good laugh. A big sports fan, Audrey and her sister June, whom she loved dearly, were members of the inaugural Blue Bomberettes cheerleading squad. She loved watching her sons play hockey and football and was a long time Bombers and Jets season ticket holder; and in her later years fell in love with curling.

Audrey will have a private family interment at a later date at St. Boniface Cemetery.

In remembrance of Audrey’s life, give a flower to someone you love and cherish the time you have with them.
