Dr. M. R. Parameswaran peacefully passed away at home in Austin, TX, with his family at his side.
He was a brilliant mathematician, philosopher and chess problemist, much admired by all who knew him. A Winnipegger for 53 years, he was Professor of Mathematics at the University of Manitoba.
