Sister Thérèse, Sister of Holy Cross, passed away peacefully at the age of 90 on June 13, 2023, at the Résidence des Pionnières in Saint-Laurent, Québec.
Sister Thérèse spent many years in Manitoba as a spiritual teacher and guide to many. Open-minded and accepting of others, no matter their religious affiliations or beliefs, Thérèse willingly enlightened and guided groups and individuals in the application of the Enneagram of which she was a master teacher.
She was an example of courage, facing the daily struggle involved in living with a suffering body.
Her funeral was held on June 20 at Les Pionnières. Burial followed at the cemetery of the Sisters of Holy Cross in Saint-Laurent.
She will be greatly missed by the Sisters of Holy Cross, nieces and nephews, and all those who were deeply influenced by her wisdom and guidance.

Je suis un prêtre dominicain originaire de la ville de Québec. J’ai connu sœur Thérèse, CSC, à la maison de prière Béthanie fondée par sœur Louise Léger, CSC, qui se trouvait tout près de Saint-Jérôme, au nord de Montréal, puis à la maison adjacente au centre La Grotte, tenu par des franciscains à Lachute, Québec. J’ai par la suite rencontré Thérèse une fois aux États-Unis et une autre fois à Winnipeg, Manitoba. Elle m’a dit un jour qu’on pouvait la désigner comme « une mère du désert ». Je suis tout à fait d’accord avec les deux précédents témoignages donnés ici.
