TRACY JO ORSULAK
It is with profound sadness we announce Tracy's passing, on Saturday, June 17, 2023.
Tracy leaves to mourn her husband Terry, mother Jo-anne Charney, aunt June Burak, of Winnipeg, uncle Frank Young of Vancouver, BC, nephew Ryan Charney of Victoria, BC, numerous cousins and her best boys Neiman and Laddie. Tracy was predeceased by her father Casmir, brother Robin, sister Penny and Saks.
Tracy was born on March 4th, at Victoria General Hospital, and grew up in the North End, having gone to Robertson Elementary School, Andrew Mynarski V.C. School and Sisler High School.
Tracy loved sports and being outdoors and in her youth spent many days and evenings playing hockey with the boys. She actively cheered on her Winnipeg Jets and yelling, "Go Bombers". Clear Lake was her favourite destination to enjoy swimming, biking and boating. In the winter Tracy loved skating, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, as well as playing bingo.
Tracy worked at the Polo Park Inn, afterwards at HSC Admissions, and later she went on to operate her own business, "Moments Wedding and Event Planning".
One of her passions was celebrating holidays and the change of seasons. Fall was her favourite season, and annually she would decorate hay bales with different caricatures celebrating Thanksgiving, Halloween and Christmas. Christmas was her favourite holiday, when she would decorate every room in the house and outside to the utmost splendour.
Shopping was another passion of Tracy's, and taking vacation trips to various locations, however New York City was her favourite.
Tracy was a beautiful person inside and out. Her smile was so stunning it would light up the whole room. She cared deeply for the people around her. She was kind and passionate and generous to a fault. She made an impact on many lives. She will be forever missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tracy's name to the Winnipeg Humane Society. At Tracy's request there will be no funeral service.

I will always have memories of Tracy at the helm and me ridin' shotgun laughing all the way to our destination. Tracy was like fresh air and sunshine-she wanted to make everything beautiful with flowers (especially red roses), sparkly baubles and twinkling lights. It's said people come and go from one's life for a reason...I'm glad to be able to say I knew her and it was absolutely FANTASTIC while it lasted! So very sorry to Tracy's loved ones. - Posted by: Susan (coworker) on: Jun 28, 2023

Tracy was a beautiful person with a smile that was as warm as her heart. She would do anything to make you feel like that special friend. From days as kids at the skating rink, birthday parties, riding our bikes, roller skating was another activity we enjoyed. Then shopping to sample all the perfumes and come home smelling like perfume. Working at the PPI together and taking a few trips. Long car rides and coffee. She will be truly missed by many. Kind soul Condolences to her loving husband Terry and Mom & Nephew & family. ❤️ Sheryl Malak - Posted by: Sheryl Malak (Friend ) on: Jun 25, 2023

My condolences Terry. I worked no ..no.. Tracy and I laughed and played and got into a lot of mischief at HSC. At Moments it was the same thing …. Tracy made work fun. I often wondered how she ever got anything done with those nails click click click… she was the best. Tracy was one of those true friends that you didn’t have to see every day or every month ( I wish I did) and just pick up as if it was yesterday. I’m truly blessed to have known her. - Posted by: Marico (Friend) on: Jun 25, 2023
