It is with deep sadness we announce that our mother Patricia (nee Truthwaite) Zelmer, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Friday, November 4, 2022.
A celebration of Pat's life will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home and Cemetery as per Pat's instructions.
