LARRY JOHN WIDISH
With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Larry John Widish at the Grace Hospital, on June 26, 2023.
He is survived by his loving wife Irene Kuzyk, of 51 years, sisters, Connie Willman, Sharon (Larry) Skwarek, Janet (Wally) Yaremus, and Debbie (Peder) Jensen, nieces and nephews, Melissa (Leo) Ewharekuko, Daniel (Jenn) Willman, Lee (Krista) Skwarek, Lisa Skwarek, Shannon (Mike) Golas, Eva and Sarah (Ryan) Jensen, great-nieces and nephews, Zara and Zion Ewharekuko, Gloria Skwarek, Chloe and Esmae Golas and Irene’s family.
Larry was predeceased by his parents, John and Jean Widish.
In keeping with Larry’s wishes, no funeral will be held, cherish the memories you had with Larry.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Larry’s memory may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB R3T 0R3 or to a charity of your choice.

So sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. It’s been many years since I’ve seen him but Jerry and Larry were such great friends and always making people laugh back then. I’m thinking when they get together again it will be the same. Larry was in our wedding party and was the life of the party. Working with Larry was never boring. He was truly one of a kind. Although we had our moments I sure could appreciate how good he was at his job. He taught me a lot when I first moved to the corrugated department and for that I will always be grateful.
