SHIRLEY TOMIAK
Shirley Tomiak (nee Thorarinson), born August 21, 1936, in Manigotagan, MB, died peacefully June 30, 2023, at Grace Hospital.
She was predeceased by her parents Albert and Verna, husbands Carl Horeczy and Walter Tomiak, sister Rose and son-in-law Darrell. She will be lovingly missed by children Darryl (Diana), Barry (Penny) and Dale (Brad), Michael (Ingrid) and Terri, grandchildren Nicholas (Lori), Jacqueline (Corey), Tyrell (Haylea), Matthew (Sarah), Mark (Kelsey), Rena and Alyssa (Scott) and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel at 1800 Day St. in Transcona on Friday, July 7 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to CancerCare Manitoba.
