It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Rozalia Gina Vicovac. Throughout her last seven weeks in the hospital, she was never alone, always surrounded by her devoted family. We are grateful for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support we have received during this difficult time. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the dedicated staff at Concordia Hospital, who, despite being overworked and underfunded, provided her with compassionate care and ensured her departure with dignity.
Rozalia now transitions from this earthly realm to the Kingdom of Heaven, reuniting with the love of her life, Ratomir Dule Vicovac. Her spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
Prayers will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, at Cropo Funeral Chapel located at 1442 Main Street. The funeral service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on July 6 at St. Sava Church, situated at 580 Talbot. Following the service, burial will be held at Brookside Cemetery. A reception will follow at her home on 62 Consulate Road, where we can gather to share memories and support one another.
We kindly invite all those who knew and loved Rozalia to join us in celebrating her remarkable life and bid her a final farewell.
