The family of the late Layton Harper would like to announce the Celebration of Life on August 22, 2023, at the St. James Legion No. 4, at 1755 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

On Thursday, June 29, 2023, Layton passed away at the Deer Lodge Centre at the age of 79 years.
