MARILYN DENISE DANIELS

October 1, 1955- July 25, 2023

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mother, wife, sister, and friend, Marilyn Denise Daniels on July 25, 2023, at the age of 67 years.

Marilyn leaves to mourn her husband of 40 years Joseph Gerald Daniels of Sagkeeng First Nation, her children Lisa, Candice, Jenna (Darren), Joe Jr. and Danielle (Justin); siblings Nadine Fontaine (Tracy) and Elvis Fontaine (Barb); aunties Ann Prince, Susan Prince, and Uncle Glen Prince; also her pride and joys her 25 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, family and friends. Marilyn was predeceased by her parents Dorothy and Russell Adelard Fontaine, brothers, Sherman Fontaine (in infancy), Sheldon Todd Fontaine, Jody James Fontaine and Russell Gary Fontaine and godfather Rufus Alexander Prince.

Wake service is being held at Aboriginal Funeral Home, 724 Selkirk Ave Winnipeg, MB, July 27 to 29, 2023, funeral service and feast will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the same location. Cremation to follow.
