Jean Katherine Prosen (nee Oniske) at age 81, passed away peacefully with her three children present in her beloved Hawaii on January 9, 2023. After a brief, but valiant battle with cancer.
She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Jean is survived by her daughters Leandrea (John) Lamberton, Jennifer (Michael) Alessi, her son Jonathon Prosen (Leslie Acker), and her grandchildren Charlie, Carson, Mia Alessi and Macy Lamberton. She was also survived by her sister-in-law Betsy Oniske as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews as well as grand nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Melvin Prosen, brother Stephen Oniske, sister Linda Oniske and parents Steve and Nellie Oniske as well as her brother and sister-in-law Dr. and Mrs. Harry and Yvonne Prosen.
There will be a celebration of her life on October 8, 2023 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
